Fabio Miani

Fabio is from Italy where his passion for cooking was born. From a young age he was intrigued by watching his father cook at home for the family as he experimented with new recipes and making new dishes using produce from the family vegetable garden. At the age of 18 he took the decision to move to England - where his partner’s roots were – beginning a whole new chapter.  But he retains the same passions as his father and has his own vegetable garden at home providing fresh vegetables for the table. He joined The Wildebeest in July 2018 and as Senior Sous Chef under Chef Patron Daniel Smith and Head Chef Charlie Wilson (winner of Norfolk Chef of the Year 2018) he continues to develop his skills, pushing himself to be the leader that so many chefs dream of becoming.
