Special Set Menu until 22nd May
Join us for a delightful culinary journey with our new Spring Set Menu. A refined three-course celebration of the season’s finest ingredients, featuring the welcome return of our much-loved Soufflé Suissesse, followed by Poulet Jaune and a Tarte Tatin to finish.
This classically French-inspired menu includes a glass of Ultimate Provence — a modern, certified organic estate near Saint-Tropez in the Côtes de Provence AOP, renowned for its pale pink hue, vibrant aromatics and crisp, elegant finish.
Alternatively, upgrade to a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne for a fresh and sophisticated pairing.
